The last dinner in Charleston went to Husk: an authentic southern private restaurant that received much media praise. The restaurant is located in an old-fashioned house, and the art display inside is also very particular. I watched it in front of the kitchen for a while, and the high wattage lights on the table before the food kept the dishes hot. A cabinet from the roof to the ground is filled with home-made sauces, and after the inquiry, the chef cooks it himself. No wonder every dish is surprisingly delicious. Head plate: private sauces, oysters, wonderful sauces have so far left me with endless aftertaste. The main dish is dumplings, fried shrimp, homemade sausage with kale. The sauce with fennel is also unique. Dessert is walnut pie with homemade pear sauce and lemon smoothie, which is absolutely amazing! Good night 💤💤
